Candidate Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Associate degree in Mechanical Engineering, Machine Manufacturing, or related fields
• Preferably graduates from Hanoi University of Science and Technology, Hanoi University of Industrial Engineering, or Thai Nguyen University of Industry
• At least 3 years of experience in design and on-site installation supervision
• Experience in management, leadership, or department head roles
• Proficient in specialized software such as SolidWorks, AutoCAD 2D/3D
• Professional work attitude, capitalist thinking

Job Description:

• Ability to design and create mechanical equipment, parts, and assemblies for heavy industry: steel, cement, thermal power, shipbuilding
• Knowledge of mechanical engineering, machine manufacturing, and machinery in heavy industrial plants
• Conduct on-site surveys of equipment orders at customer factories
• Create design plans, provide advice, and handle equipment repairs or supply according to the plant’s technical requirements
• Interpret and break down mechanical design drawings and machinery equipment specifications
• Oversee the manufacturing process to ensure the product is delivered to the customer
• Supervise equipment installation at the customer’s factory site
